Located across the street from Saffies General Store in the heart of Albert Beach/ Plage Albert

With the renovations now being complete, we will be opening this weekend and hope to see you there. The renovations transitioned our kitchen/order/take-out area from the older building into the section of the building formerly serving as our dining room, creating a bright new commercial kitchen. All on-premised dining will now take place on our deck, the deck of the Beach Exchange, inside the Book Exchange, or at one of the many picnic tables spread throughout the grass areas of our property. Parking will be added where the older section of the building was located and extended to the rear of the property. This added parking will not only serve Le Goûter customers, but as an overflow for both Saffies and the new Gibson Gallery.

Now that we are opening you can expect to find all our delicious ice cream treats such as any hard-ice cream cones or any of our 8-flavour burst soft ice creams. We will also have all our Flurries and Milkshakes waiting for your return.

Our crêpes will also be returning with both sweet and savoury crêpes options, such as a Deluxe Crêpe filled with fresh strawberries & bananas, topped with a scoop of ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped cream for dessert, or you can enjoy our Ham and Swiss Galette with hollandaise sauce in a buckwheat crêpe with a side Greek salad for dinner.

We will continue to serve Coca Cola branded fountain drinks, bottled fruit juices and lemonade, and are adding a new gourmet coffee service from Van Houtte specializing in expresso and other exciting concoctions. Our alcoholic beverages, such as red & white wine, an assortment of domestic and premium beer, along with refreshing coolers and ciders will continue to be available for the deck and other designated dining areas.

Pizza will return on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) after 4PM! You can expect to find fan favourites such as the Deluxe pizza topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, & red onions, or many of our other specialty and regular pizzas.

The Le Goûter Grill and Deep Fry has been permanently retired, but a local assortment Food Trucks hope to more than make up for the difference. Come try out some different foods each week and support our locals!

The Summer Shack has also been completely transitioned into the exciting new Gibson Gallery! Come and explore the handmade glass artwork of Krista Gibson as well as the many other works from local artists. There will also be classes available throughout the summer by these same artists, so keep an eye out if interested.
